Oppo also announced the Oppo Find X2 Pro Automobili Lamborghini edition, in India with the partnership with Italian luxury car manufacturing giant Lamborghini. This edition is a limited version with the same features as the Oppo Find X2 Pro with some changes in the design.
The comparative analysis
OnePlus 8 Pro 12GB + 256 GB variant is priced at Rs 59,999. It is available on Amazon India and the OnePlus site. The Oppo Find X2 costs Rs 64,990 for the 12 GB + 256 GB model. However, the Oppo Find X2 Pro and the Automobili Lamborghini edition price is not announced in India, yet. Being a pro model it can be rated more than the X2 model.
The Oppo Find X2 Pro will come in Ceramic Black and Automobili Lamborgini edition. While Oneplus 8 Pro will be available in Glacial Green, Onyx Black, and Ultramarine Blue colours.
Both mobiles run on Android 10 and have Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 12 GB RAM. The Oppo Find X2 Pro features 6.7-inch QHD+ (1,440×3,168 pixels) Ultra Vision display with a 120Hz refresh rate. While OnePlus 8Pro comes with a slightly bigger screen of 6.78-inch QHD+ (1440×3168 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display. OnePlus 8Pro also has the same refresh rate up to 120Hz. The Oppo flashing mobile has a ColorOS skin on top. Besides, the OnePlus premium mobile has OxygenOS skin on top.
Camera
Oppo Find X2 Pro is built with triple rear camera setup. It has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 sensor, with an f/1.7, seven-piece lens. Additionally, the camera setup also comes with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with an f/2.2 lens with a field of view (FoV) of 120 degrees and along with a 13-megapixel sensor periscope-shaped f/3.0 telephoto lens.
While the OnePlus 8 Pro comes with a quad rear camera setup which includes a 48-megapixel primary Sony IMX689 sensor, along with an f/1.78 lens that has optical image stabilisation (OIS). The primary camera has an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.44 telephoto lens and OIS support.
Battery
Oppo Find X2 is powered with a 4,260mAh battery. It supports 65w SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charging setup.
OnePlus 8 Pro is built with a 4,510 mAh battery, that supports Warp Charge 30T (5V/ 6A), and Warp Charge 30 Wireless.
To launch the Oppo Find X2 Pro, the company has collaborated with Lamborgini. Lamborgini’s Aventador SVJ Roadster inspired Oppo’s upcoming model. The phone will imitate the premium sports car.
It will open in a similar way to the car’s scissor-style door with a Lamborgini’s signature hexagonal and Y-shaped headlights on it. Phone accessories will be customized according to the car’s theme. The OS, Color 7.1, will have theme personalized according to the super sports car.
