New Delhi, June 10: India stands fifth on the worst-hit countries during the pandemic. The total figure of active cases in India is 1,33,632, whereas on a brighter side 1,35,205 people have recovered and one patient has migrated, the Ministry of Health and Welfare revealed. This is the first time in months that the COVID-19 rate improves in India than the spread in terms of the novel, Coronavirus outbreak, and India recovery number rises.
48.99 per cent of the patients have recovered so far. Dr Neeraj Gupta, professor in the Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi, revealed that more number of patients are recovering. Indian Council of Medical Research released fresh figures; a staggering 1,45,216 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours.
The health ministry proudly stated that effective lockdown and high testing rates are the major reasons for an India recovery Rate Improves.
