The COVID-19 pandemic had delayed Amazon Prime Day Deals 2020. However, the e-commerce giant has now announced the dates for Amazon India’s Prime Day. Starting from August 6, Amazon will offer several discounts on products listed on its website until August 7.
The sale, which is set to stay for 48-hours, will bring discounts on trending mobiles such as the Redmi 8A Dual, Honor 9X, Redmi 8A, Samsung Galaxy M11 and some phones from Oppo, Vivo and other brands.
This will be the fourth Prime Day event in India. In the premium section, smartphones such as OnePlus 8, iPhone 11, Oppo F15, Vivo V19, and Samsung Galaxy S10 will have discount offers for customers.
New launches during the event include the OnePlus Nord 12GB Ram variant in the Blue Marble option, while the 6GB variant will be available from September, said OnePlus during the AR launch earlier this week. In other new releases, we can see Samsung Galaxy M31S, Honor 9A, Redmi Note 9 Scarlet Red variant. In addition, accessories such as boat power banks, Jabra headsets, and many more will also be available.
A microsite has been created where we can get a glimpse of all mobile phone deals and offers on other accessories during the Prime Day sale in August. Many mobile phones and accessories listed on the microsite claim to offer discounts as high as 40 percent.
Amazon has partnered with HDFC Bank for the Prime Day sale. Customers who own an HDFC credit or debit card will be able to get a 10 percent extra discount on products instantly. HDFC card owners will have an EMI option on the products sold on the event day.
Smartphones such as iPhone 11, OnePlus 8, OnePlus 7T, Mi 10, Samsun Galaxy 10 will be popular options and have huge price discounts on the sale day. The same goes for mobiles that come under budget sections such as Oppo A5 2020, Samsung Galaxy M11, Remi 8A Dual, and Samsung Galaxy M21. We can see deals on mobiles rated above Rs 15,000, such as Vivo V19, Oppo F15, Honor 9X, and Vivo S1 Pro.
Since Amazon Prime Day Deals 2020 will be held in August, the event in the United States has been delayed further due to the ongoing pandemic. For the last four years, Prime Day has been one of the most exciting days for customers who await mega deals on the e-commerce website.
